Amazing views, friendly staff, and close to everything in town. Stayed during tet and staff was happy to help us with anything we needed.

The receptionist was extremely helpful, we made a transportation booking with our previous hotel in Hanoi who did not give us a confirmation of the booking. The staff went lengths to help us contact and reach out to the previous hotel. We were really grateful and it had been a pleasant stay at Sapa Hills Hotel!

Smells really bad in the elevator, the bed is very uncomfortable, hard mattress, be careful there's stain on the blanket, service was great and super nice :)
