The staff is helpful and friendly. Beds are comfortable- we are a family of 4 with two teenagers and it worked great. Fantastic location too.
They made a small mistake on our reservation and ending up giving us the last night free to rectify the situation - which was not asked for and way too nice. I think that just shows they want to make things work for their guests)
