The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance to most anything we wanted to do. We had a family member that had surgery at OSHU. The only downfall was there is no shuttle to get you two or from the hospital.

The property was nice & well maintained. I booked a room with double beds (& paid in advance), however, the request was not honored. The bathroom made having company in the room awkward, as the bathroom door/wall design was transparent. You could see into the shower & toilet area. The sink was not enclosed, it was near the entrance of the room. Breakfast was provided for a fee.

The stay was absolutely amazing.
The staff didnt miss a beat! Everyone from the valet, to the front desk , to the coffee shop, to housekeeping was just on their game!
The room was perfect, everything clean and crisp. Definitely will be coming back to Portland, and this is the only place ill stay!
