Property was great. Conveniently located in the downtown area and by the international market/mall. The burger and breakfast was delicious.

This was my first time staying here, but definitely not the last. There was a mishap with the booking I made (on their end it said the room was different from the one I booked on hotels.com), but the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, there wasn't a room available, but they did offer a discount for my troubles. Outside of that, my stay was great. The room was very clean and spacious. The coffee bar was great and the live music every night was a great touch. Enjoyed the location and the proximity to everything that my boyfriend and I wanted to do.
