The room was a bit dated and the shower head was awkwardly situated on top of the tap which made me have to bend. However, breakfast was plentiful of local and international choice, and the swimming pool was nice.

Clean room, great staff and a very nice hotel.
Definitely stay again when in Batam.

We wanted to pop over the national park but was told that we needed to especially book for this and they don't accept walk-ins. We didn't manage to try the spa as it was full when we were free.
