Very quiet, could not hear noise from other rooms. Good location, near shops and restaurants.

We had an issue with the HVAC unit. The fan stopped working. Although the hotel was full and the desk clerk, Brendan, was alone, he found time to come to our room and trouble shoot the problem, thankfully fixing the issue for the night. It was a busy night, but he was calm and kept everything in control.
The room was very clean, beds comfortable, and the hvac worked thanks to Brendan! Pool was enjoyable too.
This was our second stay at Towne Place Suites in New Hartford. We will continue to stay there for years to come as we have a student in a nearby college.
