Homewood Suites by Hilton San Jose Santa Clara

Overall, we had a good stay. We were assigned to Room 148 on the first floor. The room itself was very spacious, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It comes with functional office furniture, a comfortable sofa seating area, and a very convenient kitchenette—perfect for an extended stay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved for better comfort: The Bed: Compared to the generous size of the room, the bed felt a bit too small, making the sleeping experience less comfortable than expected. The Bathroom: The open-style walk-in shower is extremely small. During a shower, a large amount of water easily splashes out onto the bathroom floor, making it very slippery and creating a potential slip hazard. The Breakfast: The complimentary buffet breakfast area is quite cramped and the food selection is limited. Due to the limited space and crowding during peak hours, it actually led to some arguments among guests, making the dining environment rather chaotic.

I was very satisfied with the staff, room, breakfast and area of the hotel was at.

Great stay, helpful staff
