This is a really nice hotel. Staff was very great and helpful. The restaurant was very good as well. We ate there twice. My colleague had the breakfast as well. The concierge was willing to give us a tour of the city for a fantastic price. It’s really worth it to have someone drive you around.

The wait staff at the bar was poor. Brought the wrong food for one our party. Didn’t check to refresh our drinks. Didn’t bring the check in a timely manner

Staff customer service was the best I have experienced so far. Always smiling always willing to help going that extra mile to make it comfortable. Will definitely come back. I can not mention all by name but Ray was excellent and the trainees are really good very confident
