Holiday Inn Express & Suites Silao Aeropuerto - Terminal by IHG

We had a good stay here. It’s right next to the airport. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the dryer was not working properly in the laundry room. The maintenance staff was very amenable to help. The ladies at the front desk were a little stand offish. They could have been a little friendlier.

Great hotel

Very good overall

This is a great place to stay when you need to catch a flight as the airport is right next door. The staff were gracious enough to pick me up at the airport and also to drop me off on my departure date. The only issue I had was reserving a time in the morning. I had been told that my morning time was available the night before and in the morning when I arrived at the front desk I was told that my time was not available. The good thing is I had woken up early to give me plenty of time to get to the airport and check-in. The several times I’ve stayed at this hotel the restaurant has always been closed. I walked over to the oxxo next door to buy some snacks because there were no other options near by.
