The hotel staff were helpful and responded to most requests quickly. The rooms were clean and the massage chair in the Executive Suite was a god-send! It relieved our tired legs and back from all the walking. The beds were comfortable.
The hot and cold water dispenser just outside the rooms were so useful and convenient. There are coffee machines in both the twin and Executive Suite.
The hotel is 7 mins from Nanjin Sanmin station and there are many food options around hotel. Breakfast is a bento set which is nice.
Can forget about doing laundry though as the washing machines on the roof top did not look maintained.

It's in a good location. Close to Nanjing Sanmin station. The cleaning staff changed towels daily and gave the bathroom a quick clean. The lobby staff were super helpful and friendly. The only thing is they don't have a shuttle service, but are very happy to arrange transport for you

Clean room and friendly staff but the walls were not very soundproof and we could hear loud noises constantly. Doors closing and people talking in the halls were very noticeable. Convenient location though.

The room is very clean and the location is good if you want to use the bus and metro to different places.
