The hotel was very inviting with a bar and lounge area on either side, nice view from my room, felt very safe, room was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return soon.

Great staff but could use a little updating/repair. The building is beautiful as it was an old bank and has a grand lobby. The elevators were shaky/creaky and some of the panels had cracks in them. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean. Convenient location, next to convention center and a couple of blocks from the terminal market.

Staff were amazing and so friendly. Feel made Philly feel like home immediately. Room was spacious and is located perfectly for walking to Reading terminal market and many other attractions in Central Philly.
I would highly recommend staying here.
