A wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - perhaps in need of a repaint (scratches/marks on walls). The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a convenient position whilst being very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel should be recognized as a 5 star, luxury hotel.
The rooms are spacious, impecably clean, the bathroom suite is gorgeous and their toiletries are superb.

A beautiful hotel in the stunning city of Lucca. The reception team were helpful in storing our bikes in the garage and we were given a welcome drink.
Breakfast was lovely.
