Shuttle pickup was unreliable- i had to wait almost 1 hour and the shuttle was so packed that some people had to sit on the floor of the van and others were left behind at the airport. The bedsheets and bathroom were clean, however the room furniture was scratched and worn. Hot breakfast buffet was decent ($20pp) and the lady staffing food service (Velvet?) was very friendly.

Quick stay due to a delay but I found everything very clean, modern, and efficient! Great and friendly staff

The breakfast was delicious and I love the fact that as a guest I was given a voucher that offered free meals during breakfast for all three days of my stay.
