The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Old Town. My room was decorated nicely and there was plenty of space for me (solo traveller). Everything was modern and thoughtfully designed. Note: there are no regular housekeeping services. You only have towels replaced after about 3 nights' stay, and you can have your trash removed if you leave it outside your room. There are no breakfast facilities. There are a kettle and coffee machine within the room, but it is supplied with basics, which you would have to replace if you wanted more. The front desk is staffed from only 9am - 9pm. Overall, I would stay there again as it ticked many of my boxes.

Excellent location...small rooms and only stairs to carry up your luggage....friendly staff...would definitely stay here again

Overall very enjoyable stay in a fantastic location right in the heart of old town. Did happen to have small ants showing up in the sheets, but otherwise a great place.

Perfectly located in the Old Town. Use Pile gate to come into old town -easier with cases. Our room was on the section floor - no elevator. If you have trouble with stairs this is not for you. I highly recommend this residence.
