The room was basic but clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful to us. Located in a great area with the bus stop and tram nearby and walking distance to city center.

Clean studio room with kitchen, stove, microwave and fridge, very convenient location, walking distance to train station, fresh produce market, restaurant, grocery store, tram and buses. Staff were very nice to find a room and let us checked in early. But the room AC was broken, then next day we were switched to another room with working AC. Overall very good experience staying at this hotel.

The staff were great - spoke English as well as French. The room was as advertised. Did not buy breakfast. Great location. Close to all transportation, the river, many monuments at the gate st Jean.
The hotel lent out umbrellas which was great.
Thank you for a pleasant stay.
