Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me.
Toilet was not really wash properly as the flooring smells urine.
The best part is hotel surrounding with multi kind of food and tasty.
Overall thank you Hotel Fresh One as I safely stay in this hotel.

Should be prepare the Indonesia power adaptors for the guests use from different countries.

Very cosy Deluxe room with windows overlooking the "Beverly Hills" of Batam (Sukajadi area) and surrounded by a few hipster cafe and Hawker food stall around the buildings - Bright new concept lay out room (Not the old fashion type) - Clean with strong Wifi and good Air-con flow - Spacey toilet with Hot and Cold shower - Moderate water flow from the big head shower - Would be complete if they could provide a small refrigerator in the room.
