Another fantastic stay at Doubletree. Another generous and greatly appreciated upgrade. Love the location, ambiance and convenience. Superb staff. Special thanks to the truly lovely Pallavi and Hope at reception for their warm welcome and all-round helpfulness! Grateful also to the breakfast team for a delicious buffet - so many healthy and hearty options. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Hotel was clean staff were great. Dinner was good a little pricey but breakfast was disappointing as most of the food was cold. Location is very good

Good location and beautiful rooms. Bed was incredibly comfy. Pillows too. Easy access to car park next door - park in Wilson’s HSBC tower car park for direct door through to hotel.
Disappointed that no decent coffee in the room. Some small issues with lifts not working and room key not working whilst we stayed.
