Clean rooms with all basic necessities cosy bed though Aircon was not upto mark.good activities for a family vacation. property needs refurbishment specially the balcony

We loved this property. The staff are friendly and helpful although English is limited. Chef Riyas came to chat with us, offered to make us whatever we wished, and even made a birthday cake for my wife. Food was excellent. The massage therapists, Juni and Raji proved to be extraordinary practitioners - don’t leave here without having a massage.
We also had the privilege of walking with the naturalist Soji on an early morning bird watching walk through the forest alongside the wildlife sanctuary.
Ridwij, the dining room Manager greeted us and gave us a tour of the dining room, food availability, and made us feel welcome. If you are in the Sultan Bathery area, don’t miss Sterling Wayanad

The property is old and it’s visible in the rooms.
