Great location, clean and quiet. Beautiful building with a café steps away. Maria was very welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!

Great stay! Great location! Room was small but clean and well appointed. Bathroom was a great size. Loved the common area with coffee and water dispenser. Maria and Federico were very helpful!
