The location of the hotel is convenient. It’s easy to go from the airport and go to different places, such as Umeda. Downstairs there is onsen. It’s easy to find a place to relax.

I loved staying at the ART Hotel and I will definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located next to Bentencho Station and you can access Family Mart, Burger King, Vie de France bakery, Daiso, many other restaurants, and a grocery store on the lower levels of the tower. Highly recommended.

Room had a little bit smell when we entered but the smell disappeared after the air conditioner was on. There might be unseen flies and I got fly bites twice during our 3 nights stay; the carpet appears rather old, and we felt it was not even when walking on it. We had weak shower spray experience, the showerhead appears to have flower restrictor. Staff are friendly.
