JUFA Hotel Stift Gurk

This is such a unique hotel! It is a fully renovated building which is part of the old monastery. The rooms are very spacious, clean and nicely done with simplicity and elegance. Great clean bathroom and separate toilet within the room. The property is set in a small village and surrounded by nature. They even have the canopy walk for kids and adults by the property but it wasn't operational this early in June. We stayed one night and enjoyed it. Even the breakfast which is included in was great. If you like to immerse yourself to a quiet place this is definitely a great spot to pick. This hotel is family friendly. We would stay longer but we had to move forward with our travel plans. We would definitely stay again and we recommend this hotel.

What makes this hotel truly special is that it is situated within the grounds of a centuries-old monastery, giving it a unique atmosphere that you simply cannot experience in an ordinary hotel. The building and its surroundings are fascinating, full of history and charm, making the stay a memorable experience in itself. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. Our daughter accidentally left her favorite stuffed bunny behind after we checked out. The team found it, carefully packed it, and sent it all the way to Hungary. It arrived safely, and our daughter was overjoyed to have her bunny back. We are truly grateful for their kindness and outstanding customer service. If you are looking for a peaceful place with a unique historical atmosphere and genuinely caring people, I can highly recommend this hotel. We would be delighted to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable!
