Location was excellent and it was its own resort. Staff Rabia was very helpful in a smooth check in and issues I had with an initial cancellation due to family emergency. Many of the staff can speak Korean and Chinese which was helpful!
Staff at the breakfast buffet were also very good. Lots of variety and would recommend this.
Will be recommending the hotel to family and friends.

Hotel was ok and the room was nice however the pool was half closed as was the water park and theme park. Definitely of note the water park charges extra for inner tubes and life jackets and requires everyone to wear life jackets in the wave pool and lazy river which is unusual.
