Clean friendly place. Comfortable and near bus/subway station. Hotel is situated in a back alley not in busy area but if you are only looking for sleeping place and budget friendly place, this is it.

Good value for our stay. Room was nice and clean, and the area is safe and very well connected to transit.

For the price this was such a great deal . The property is nice , beautiful , clean , and the hosts are kind. The bus stop, train station , and convenience stores are literally two minutes away.
The only thing that spooked me at first was the area surrounding the place . It didn’t help that I arrived at night and the alley leading to the hotel was poorly lit .
I retaliate , for the price this place is as good as it can get !
