Great location, very clean and the staff were excellent. The rooms could have been a little bigger. The windows were glazed and therefore it was a little dark in the rooms. The shower and bathroom was great, the breakfast buffet was amazing, the location was perfect .

Comfy beds and clean room. Professional and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel the Flag. It is close to all shopping mall, restaurant, main attraction and subway station. Will choose this hotel again for our next trip to Osaka.

This was our second stay here, and we'd happily come back again. We stayed here during our first trip to Japan in 2024 and liked it so much that my daughter requested we stay here again for our 2026 trip. Even though it meant a little extra work getting to Itami Airport (transferring trains and navigating the busy Midosuji Line with luggages), it was worth it.
The hotel is clean, quiet, and in a safe, walkable neighborhood. It's conveniently located near Namba, Umeda, and Dotonbori, making it easy to explore Osaka. The free coffee, washer/dryer, and friendly staff are great perks that made our stay out stay enjoyable.
Thank you and we'll be back soon.
