Monteverde Hotel

Great service, clean, great staff, very friendly and cooperative, we will be back for sure

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They even made sure I get breakfast when I almost missed the time and waited for me. The location is very quite and scenic. I will be coming back

It sits in a very nice area of the mountains of Lebanon, very quite, the view is unbelievably gorgeous. We happened to have a very hot humid front during our stay, but I expect it to be great in good weather. The staff are very nice, cooperative and friendly . The morning breakfast was about average. The pool was great. The Wi-Fi is bad, I could not depend on it through out the duration of my stay. The facility needs a face lift. We were upgraded to a nice wide clean comfortable spacious room with a great view. Air conditioner was good, electricity was available 24/24. You do need a car, although taxis were very friendly , available and not expensive . I would definitely go back… Very family oriented, although not much is available in a walking distance .

Friendly Staff, specially the manager "Georges" he was nice to offer me upgrade on the Room and was flexible with check-in and check out. The breakfast was exquisite. The view is great and the area is calm
