The staff were phenomenal. Unfortunately, I witnessed a couple of incidents where they were spoken to in such disrespectful manners by manager and other guests.

gorgeous spacious resort beautifully designed, best in Zanzibar for a boutique hotel we have visited.quite good kitchen. Service is fine, not experienced. Front desk is quite inexperienced

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Some work was being carried out during our stay, but it did not cause any inconvenience.
The hotel is located in a very quiet area, but there are no shops or many restaurants within walking distance. However, the food served at the hotel was excellent—in fact, some of the best we had during our trip.
There was only one child at the hotel during our stay, who we believe belonged to the hotel owner.
