Hotel is good for value but location is not very convenient.

Good location, a short drive to terminal 21 malls and close to a local market.

Overall a great budget hotel, very well located. 5 minute walk to Ya Mo.
Only downside was the air conditioning, which is quite antiquated and noisy. Other than that I would stay here again.

Comfy bed and clean bed sheets, right in the centre of everything. 711 about 5 mins walk and next to a bar but you never hear anything. Hot shower and a nice view of temple from window.
