Air conditioner is excellent. Pool is wonderful. Prices are good. But "I think I need to replace the chair, the table, and the dresser with new ones."

I was very impressed with the interior of the room. It was extra-clean, and smartly decorated. A real joy to be in. The exterior was not so fastidious - the area around the drink machine was a mess, with several garbage bags piled up. But the price was great, the motel is across from a beach access point, and it was just a short walk. Plus, there is great food within walking distance. I would be happy to return.
