Once the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at very clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your every needed. The breakfast buffet was incredible.

Update: besides the lengthy check in process which I found very annoying, everything else was great. The hotel location itself is unbeatable, 5min walk to the bund and convenient for Didi pickup drop offs. I especially want to thank the housekeeper that was in charge of my room. She noticed I was using a retainer and left me single use retainer cleaning cases in my room everyday. Also I brought my own pillow, and she left a pillow spray as well. Lastly, want to thank the staff at the pickup locations (East gate), super friendly.
