The Sea Street Inn run by the exceptional chef Adrian far exceeded our expectations. The inn has an artistic flair and is serenely comfortable. What will keep us coming back is the four course breakfast prepared by Adrian each morning. If you love fine food and relaxed comfort the Sea Street Inn in Hyannis should be your next Cape Cod destination.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Street Inn. The proprietors Adrian and Xenia go above and beyond to make your stay the best that they can. The Inn is decorated with museum
quality art and the room was clean and comfortable. They serve a delicious, gourmet breakfast prepared by Adrian, a professional chef, with fresh wholesome ingredients and coffee, tea, and water are available 24 hours a day. Adrian spent lots of time giving us food recommendations, places to visit and helpful tips on getting around. He even put together a list of stops we should take on our trip further down the cape. They truly do care about this place and the people who stay here. I hope to come back soon.
