I reserved a city view and got the rooftop view. I asked the front desk guy about switching room for what I paid for and he gave me another rooftop view. I figure since we were only staying 2 nights, I wasn’t going to bother asking again.

The hotel is extremely well-located for many of the most well-known sights and also very near metro and the train station.
Staff were helpful and accommodating and the buffet breakfast was quite good.
The rooms are quite small but has everything we really needed, especially good air-conditioning during a heat wave!
