Boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Very walkable and close to restaurants, and shops. Also, it is in close proximity to San Cristobal, Sky Costenara, and Cousino Macul Winery.
The one and only concern was that one morning the sink in bathroom leaked a bit, but overall good stay. Complimentary breakfast was good also.

The rooms were very cozy and the cleanliness and good location of the hotel are amazing for the price that you pay. The people at the front desk were super welcoming and eager to help with anything that I might have needed. There was free breakfast in the morning and also a station to get coffee and tea, and they held onto my luggage for me the day I checked out so I could continue to explore the city. Amazing hotel!

We spent one night in Santiago and we loved our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again when in Santiago.
