The entire staff, from front desk assistants to dining room attendants to housekeepers are friendly and helpful always with a great smile on their faces. They went the extra miles to help us selecting local excursions that were memorable. Our family had a great vacation there thanks to the hotel’s staff.

Staff was very nice. I left my jacket in the hotel closet and after contacting the hotel, I was able to retrieve it. The hotel manager Bundit was very kind together with his staff in assisting us to find some Grab taxis for our large group. The family rooms were very spacious and breakfast was buffet style with good variety.
