Good price great location

Arrived early and was disappointed with how the property looked, old and under maintained, we tried to cancel especially after reading reviews. Couldn’t get refunded so we decided to see room before giving up. We’re actually pretty surprised with room. Air worked great, condition was fair at best, old and rough but bed was decent and shower worked. Used the pool which was ok. The restaurant next door (C&C) was awesome and walkable so that helped. We probably won’t be back, others in area looked a little better on water less money. It was OK in a pinch
