The hotel building is a bit old, but it has been kept clean and in good condition. What stood out the most was the staff. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful.

Philippine house keeper was a bit annoying.

If you need a non-wet bathroom (ie. enclosed shower booth) in Seoul, this place is pretty good. One thing that needs improvement: the trash cans need plastic bags as they were just naked

Clean room in prime location, easy to hail cans from and within walking distance of convenience stores and restaurants. Very reasonably priced for Gangnam.
