I had a fantastic stay at Oxford Suites Makati, and I want to especially compliment the front desk staff for their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Their helpful attitude and warm hospitality truly made a difference—thank you for making me feel at home!
