Hands Down Best Hotel & Location ever! I recommend room 420 for the view! The water is heated so enjoy the outdoor pool at anytime! I was greeted by name and glass of wine as soon as i wqlked

Very nice hotel, big balcony with nice views. We were lucky enough to be in the hotel same day as the Jazz night right outside the hotel - highly recommend! We didn’t use spa or restaurant but surely looked nice. Very dog friendly, cheap electric car charge (10 CHF per charge) right by the hotel. Swimming possible in the lake right across the street. Cafe Dahinden 50 meters away super great, morning or evening - even for a take away drink. This was an absolute gem in an almost tropical part of the Alps - will come back. Pre check in was a bit annoying and it’s the same at check in - the search fields for country and phone no needs to be made smarter or have staff do it - not the fuss you need when arriving at a pricy hotel.
