There were only (3) issues we had:
#1- Bed Sheets had a spot of blood and we called the front desk and they immediately apologized and came with all new linens! Thank you!!!
#2- Bathtub was definitely 100 % clean which is great! However, the kids fell in the tub!
RECOMMEND: Applying Slip Resistant Adhesive Products
#3- Night Stands only one with two beds in the room. We had to sleep in different beds because of medical equipment and electrical plugs in.
RECOMMEND: adding (2) smaller night stands and or shelves for both sides of one bed at least.
OVERALL: Our experience was a fantastic!!! The staff were great and breakfast was fantastic. The lady working the breakfast area was amazing and extremely friendly and very helpful! The POOL area was very clean and lots of towels and we enjoyed it!! We will book again at your hotel. Thank you for a wonderful visit!
