Palihotel Westwood Village - West Beverly Hills

The property location, room size, bed comfort, and cleanliness was great. The breakfast buffet was overall quite underwhelming and both days we were there, they ran out of food way before 10AM putting the staff in a very awkward position having to ration food for upset guests, more reflective of poor management and poor customer service for a hospitality company. They are better off not offering complimentary breakfast service than continue as is.

Second stay here, during the summer time (when school is out) it’s very peaceful, lots of places nearby within walking distance for anything, easy access to highways and staff is spectacular. Comfortable room, 24/7 coffee machine is a blessing and so good, and they have a wonderful garden to hang out on the side. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Very clean rooms. Excellent service, and would stay again!

Lovely spot in Westwood Village. Easy street parking in the neighborhood. Lovely fountain amd sitting area outside. Water, coffee all day. Grab and go yogurt and pastries in the morning. Quaint sitting area/ living roon/lobby. Nice staff. Awesome shower.
