Communication from staff was thru WhatsApp to me, which I appreciated. Would have been great if it was a few days earlier instead day of room date. Their communal kitchen facility was fantastic. Only thing that I find that could use improvement on is the bathroom cleaniness. Overall, had a wonderful stay !!

Cleanliness could be improved.
The hosts are very helpful and are available to answer any questions.
The location is very good, however rooms facing the street can be quite noisy. That said, this is something to be expected when staying in the city on a city trip.
