The hotel is charming with a great spa, and helpful and friendly staff. Would come again and stay there while Zichron. The breakfast at the restaurant down the street was delicious.

Just expected a room, but instead we were able to enjoy the sauna, snack room and complimentary breakfast. Everything was great!

Unfortunately, because of the Israel-Iran war we did not stay at this hotel but I would like to say that the manager/owner was extremely understanding of the situation and refunded our reservation, even at the last minute.
Very classy customer service for a lovely hotel!

Very cute hotel and extremely helpful staff- they went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve a booking issue that wasn't their fault. Great location, nicely stocked honor-system bar, simple but stylish rooms.
