Great hotel in a great location! The room was spacious and well appointed. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! Bonus is the bar at the hotel that has a free happy hour!

The hotel is in a great neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It is about 10 minutes walk from the main train station but great for commuting around.
The room was a great size and the balcony was a welcome addition to the stay with beautiful views over the city and the mountains in the background. Having a lounge area and a separate bedroom area was great for us after long days of exploring the city. The bathroom had a door and then a curtain to provide privacy but I found the bathroom very hot as the door prevented the air conditioning from getting in and the window (which was very nice) made the bathroom very hot with the sun beating in.
I forgot something in the hotel upon check out and they were so kind and helpful and sent my item to me in Tokyo. Above and beyond in customer service. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Osaka.

Very nice hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, the hotel itself had a good location and it was easy to get from and too. Not super close to a subway/train maybe 5-10 min walk
