Very good hotel in a great location - opposite the former dictators villa in the stylish blloku district and a short walk from the centre and major sites. Though fairly dated it was very clean and the 80/90s decor actually added to the feel! Breakfast was very good and we frequently had the steam room and pool to ourselves after a busy day exploring. Room was spacious and everything worked including the aircon. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a real buzz about the place.
Unfortunately during my stay there was a technical issue with the room keys and they couldn’t find the master key to let me in. I was locked out of my room overnight and put in another room with no windows, no tv and no access to my toothbrush, clothes etc. On complaining on checkout the management weren’t interested and suggested I email my complaint when I returned home. Disappointing problem and service
