It’s very convenient location. It’s connected from subway station. The subway station “Honmachi” has the exit (#18) for this hotel. No rain bother you. Even to Senba Building #10 ( which has lots of dining places) you can go with out rain bothering.
One thing bothered me was big height difference bathroom and room. Coming out from the bathroom is little hard for elderly people.

Great location right next to the train station. There is a Family Mart on the second floor of the hotel and a 7 Eleven right around the corner which we utilized often. They do have a restaurant and coffee bar on site. The area was walkable with restaurants and cafes nearby. We enjoyed the hot baths almost every night after a long day of shopping and exploring. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It was overall a pleasant stay.

Comfortable beds, good amenities provided, convenient location to a metro stop. Can be a long wait for elevators at peak times.
