This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We had heard that many Tokyo hotels were on the small side. Not so with this hotel. It was spacious, modern, and loaded with amenities. We loved the shower, the abundance of towels, and the toiletries that were supplied. The loft bed and lounging area was an unexpected surprise. Plus, it was so reasonably priced. If/when we return to Tokyo, we would most certainly stay here again. If your travels are taking you to Tokyo, consider Sakura Cross Kayabacho. Very happy with our stay!

Amazing space- you have a whole floor to yourself, veey large by Tokyo standards. Convinient location. The staff is auper helpful, she gave us an umbrella because it was raining although we were chwclong out.
The only downside is no lugguage storage at the hotel. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was almost perfect, and I didn’t mind the small entrance with a large bedroom. However, there were no windows, and it was a bit challenging to move luggage around the hallway. Other than that, I loved the location and the clean room.
