Kawaguchiko Hotori no Hotel Ban

Very convenient location. Quiet & Clean room. Good room amenities. Easy check-in & check out.

Great hotel but no elevator.

Nice little hotel above a Family Mart convenience store. Room didn’t have coffee. But there is kettle for Tea. Walking distance to the Lake and a great view of Mt Fuji from there. Beautiful area and it’s a lake shore.

Due to my tight schedule, I messaged the hotel for the late check in arrangement. It took them quite a long time to respond, but they are very responsive since then. Check in and check out was smooth, and the staff is very friendly. The room is more spacious than we expected, that two big luggages can be opened without a problem. Location is great, with the lake just across the road. And convenience store is just at the hotel. The only down side of the hotel is that it doesn’t have a lift, so you need to carry your luggages up the stairs for one floor, so it would be better if you travel light. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
