METT Hotel & Beach Resort Bodrum

Stunning property, a bit far from the marina but near city center, staff especially Okan from comcierge was amazing!

The beach front location, stunning views, crystal clear water, and proximity to the port is excellent. Unfortunately this is where the positives for this hotel end. The service and attention to detail is severely lacking and not consistent with what is expected of a 5 star resort. There are plenty of staff onsite, but they make little effort to greet or speak with guests, the breakfast service is utterly disorganised, and you have to constantly chase down people to get service. This is a 4 star establishment at best with a 5 star price tag. Very disappointing

Excellent hotel! Staff are amazing throughout the hotel, welcoming, friendly and take their jobs seriously. The hotel is fantastic, rooms are big and spacious and the amenities are nice. The only let down is the shop. Be careful in turkey with paying by card in any shop. The shop in the reception overcharged me and made me pay £88 by card for a body spray that was supposed to be priced at 20 euros. Big let down for the hotel as this shop isn’t even representative or part of the hotel. That’s the only reason why I’m taking 1 star of. The hotel itself is great.

Beautiful hotel. Our room which was well appointed and very clean. Unfortunately it faced the atrium which is basically facing rooms across a small garden. Most friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast cook to order included. Lovely grounds plenty of loungers by the beach. I personally loved the indoor pool which is also open to the outside so it doesn’t feel enclosed and stuffy. Gentlemen in the gift shop lent us his charger not asking our room number or name. We were very grateful for his kindness.
