Good location when you are attending events in the area and it is also walking distance to a mall

Room was sufficiently sized for our needs. Coffee cups and water glasses, coffee maker provided. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner available in the shower. All other toiletries are available by the check-in area. We stayed on the second floor. Closest vending machines are on the 5th floor with assorted drinks and 8th floor with assorted snacks. Hotel is located across the street from the Ariake Gardens which is a mall with many food options and retail stores (H&M, Local Motion). Easy 10min walk to Toyosu Fish Market from the hotel and a quick taxi ride to TeamLab Planets (our Favorite!). We would return to this hotel on our next vacation in Tokyo.

I had a great stay at the hotel. One small improvement would be replace the fridge..it was not strong enough to cooling down items in the fridge even I had only one bottle of drink.
