Ali at front desk was exceptional. Lovely five star all inclusive resort, and unlike many Egypt Five Star ratings, this one was earned. Spacious, clean and well maintained, well worth the extra money vis a vis the adjacent JAZ resorts, even more luxurious and modern feeling than the other nearby Steigenberger Coraya resort which has a more clustered and rustic vibe, although closer to the sandy beach.

Excellence service, great food, but alcohol drink seems to be diluted with water that comes with very low alcohol content. Great accessibility to sea with lots of sea life around, love this place overall.

Superior Architecture and location. Very friendly staff, yet require more training. While the rooms are spacious and attractive the housekeeping services needs improvement.

Top service and top facility. Everything was perfect except for the food. Unfortunately, the Chef did not do a great job. My suggestion is to have less quantity but more quality.
Special thanks to Tarek, the pool water; Adnan who cleaned our rooms every day and Mohammed who arranged everything at the reception. Shukran!
