Holiday Inn Express & Suites Murrieta by IHG

We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. We had arrived Friday for a wedding from Las Vegas and initially we couldn't check in till 4pm. However, after explaining our situation and how we had to dress and get ready for our involvement in the wedding party, the lady(I forgot her name, I'm so sorry)at yhe front desk during the day made it possible for us to get in atleast an hour and a half earlier. I heard her communicate in Spanish to the Housekeeping Staff on radio and she got it done. As a former executive in Caesars, that is what customer service is about. Going above and beyond. Thank you and we made the event 15 miles away on time. The Hotel Room is upgraded, with full kitchen, Shower was long and nice and bed was good. Plenty of room in the King Suite and we had a pleasant stay. Thank you! We will be back

Good Breakfast, clean rooms. Used the washer and dryer but one had a strange powder in it and smelled like fish, told the staff, they said they would clean it but nothing yet.

I had a great stay, this hotel is nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back soon. The breakfast was good as well!!

The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Beds and pillows comfortable which is very important to me. Would stay here again.
